Exited car and was walking into the main entrance of the building.
What happened
When employee was walking toward the main entrance employee stepped onto an icy part of the ground. Employee couldn 't tell it was icy as it was drizzling and everything appeared wet. Employee slipped and fell to the ground. Employee 's left knee shin took the brunt of the fall and was swollen red and a little bloody. Employee 's right knee hit the ground but wasn 't injured nearly as bad as the left. Employee 's left palm also hit the ground and was red and a little bruised.
