What happened
Worker was assisting with a 2 person transfer of a resident. The resident was resistant to standing up straight and pivoting to sit in the wheelchair. Worker had to make multiple transfer attempts in order to get the resident into the wheelchair. Resident would not help with the transfer so worker had to hold the resident up while leaning down to grab the wheelchair and bring it under the resident so he could be set in it.
