What happened
The employee was retrieving a mattress for a possible new admission from the storage pod. She states there were wheelchairs that had to be removed to do so and then returned to the pod once the mattress was obtained. As she put them back while on the ramp the wind picked up causing her to slam her left leg into the wheelchair. At the same time her back braced or tightened causing pain and tension to the area.
