Her hand and body weight pushed the blade into her right thumb causing a puncture cut and bleeding. Pressure and a bandage applied immediately. [REDACTED] reported the incident to HR and went to Med Express Beaver [REDACTED]. Treating provider name: [REDACTED] PA PA-C. Provided [REDACTED] (every 8 hours for 7 days) and a splint for 48 hours.
