Before the incident
Employee was installing parts onto pan printer and starting the process of painting the parts. Employee was adding 6 parts at a time onto printer pad to prepare for the paint.
What happened
As employee was adding parts to the pad printer she felt a pain on her wrist. Employee removed glove and felt a ball on the top of her wrist and pain on her palm side of the wrist.

Pain in the thumb area and wrist of her right arm. As per doctor it was acute inflammatory tendonitis
