Was at a job site installing 4-inch hoses for a footing construction. While crossing from one side of a 3-foot-deep footing to the other on planks he slipped due to a misplaced edge of the plank and fell into the footing. He managed to catch himself by grasping the cap on the vertical rebars inside the footing and pulled himself out.
