Cutting tape from TUM wheel
What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] employee was working on Spin Line #1. Employee was cutting the tape from the TUM wheel as it was on the cut table. When the employee cut the tape with his left hand (using a Slice safety knife) they cut their right thumb. This caused a deep cut into the right thumb of their hand. Employees in the area notified area supervisor to assist. Employee was treated with first aid Then sent to urgent care for follow up treatment after further evaluation.
