Just hooked guyline to stump and was holding it in the stump notch with his knee as gravity started to pull on the line.
What happened
Lost footing foot slid out from under the employee causing him to fall forward into the stump. Instinctively his hands went out to catch himself. His right hand landed on the stump and [REDACTED] as it came tight this thumb was pinched between the [REDACTED] and the stump.
