Employee was cutting a conveyor using a cutting torch

While employee was cutting up the conveyor a hot piece of slag fell through a hole in his coveralls and landed inside the side of his boot. First aid was administered. Employee felt ok to go back to work. After [REDACTED] the employee complained that it was still hurting because of his boot rubbing it. Employee was taken to company doctor. Employee was diagnosed with two small burns to left ankle. Employee was placed on antibiotics and burn cream.
