What was worker doing right before the Incident occurred? Worker Came in to work followed daily habits coffee emails knew he had some filing left to do feeling calm. Walked over to files saw files & folders looked different like they had been touched worker doesn’t pay too much mind. Then worker opens the bottom drawer and notices his numeric order is not in order What the Heck moment notices the files are tightly squeezed in drawer worker starts pulling files out hears files snapping on the drawers. Files so tight the wont go down the bottom of the drawer not allowing drawer to close.

What happened

Worker Description of Incident While opening a file drawer it stuck closed due to other drawer not being closed all the way causing it to be in the locked position and when i tried to pull it open because of it being locked I pulled my bicep muscle which noe has pain all the way up to my shoulder.
