He was working with two other partners and we were moving a treadmill onto a trailer. As He was walking backwards with a dolly the dolly slipped out and he fell backwards off the trailer and hit his head. He was seen in the ED for a gash in his head left shoulder pain and buttocks with his right hand swollen and his pointer middle and ring fingers in pain.
