What happened
CAC did not line up with compression plate when applied pneumatic pressure to machine. Plate caught on the header of the CAC and employee reached in to re-align and stored energy released catching and pinching his finger.
Injury or illness
Pinched smashed right ring finger with laceration. Bruised tip of middle and index fingers both on right hand as well.
