Team member was dropping a pallet from a waste high stack 2 pallets came with one dropping in front of him on his left toe.
What happened
Team member pulled the top pallet and the pallet beneath got caught with it and came down. The bottom pallet dropped and crushed my left big toe. After my toe was crushed I felt my nail lift off and felt blood in my sock.
