Before the incident
EE was working in Center Bay and changing out a roll of banding on a banding reel the EE was in process of cutting the straps that hold the roll together with a utility knife.
What happened
The EE was poorly positioned so when they cut the second strap the momentum of the utility knife caused a 3 4 inch laceration to their right shin.
