Building furniture frame with T nuts hammer and drill.

Employee was going to drill the bolt into a T nut which is usually hammered into the opposite side of the wood piece but instead he was holding it with finger. T nut popped out of the hole and spun on the bolt catching his fingertip causing a laceration and compound fracture in the tip of his finger.
