The Athlete was passing the water machine but didn 't notice a water spill on the floor. The Athlete 's left foot slipped on the water causing them to fall onto their right knee. The right knee took all the impact so the Athlete rolled to his back holding his right knee in his hand The Outbound leader helped the athlete to their feet while other Athletes came to get [REDACTED]. While [REDACTED] had the injured Athlete in the [REDACTED] the water was mopped up by Quality Athletes. [REDACTED] was able to place ice on the Athlete 's knee. The Athlete refused any other help and went back to work after his 30 minute break at [REDACTED].
