Employee was grabbing boxes off a cart to bring to her workstation.

When the employee was taking boxes off of a cart the tape on the boxes came loose and stuck to the floor. When the employee started walking she tripped on the tape and stumbled into the garbage can staged by the opposite worktable.

Initially diagnosed as a sprained ligament of the left foot after an MRI it was changed to a complete tearing of the Lisfranc

Floor and garbage can.

Employee was moving between a cart and a worktable and tripped over a loose piece of tape. She stumbled forward and fell into a garbage can causing noticeable bruises under the arm and on the top of her left foot.
