What happened
Employee was breaking glass jar that were stuck under the Depalletizer elevator with a broom handle and when the last few jars broke the weight of the elevator went down making the frame go down also. EE had their hand resting on the framework which pinched the palm of his hand. The elevator chain had slack in it and EE did not notice that.
