What happened
Associate was bent down drilling holes in a concrete floor. When they stood up they struck their head on the mounting brackets. This cause a contusion.
Injury or illness
Contusion to head. ASSOCIATRE WAS DRILLING HOLES IN THE CONCRETE FOR MOUNTING THE STAND AND STOOD UP AND HIT THE BACK RIGHT SIDE OF THEIR HEAD ON THE METAL RAIL HOLDING THE MOUNT BRACKET HARDWARE. THE BACK RIGHT SIDE OF HIS HEAD ON THE UPPERMETAL RAIL HOLDING ALL OF THE BRACKETS AND HARDWARE FOR THE MONITORS.
