Turning a bariatric patient in bed

I needed to turn a pt. that was in a bariatric bed. I had asked for help and had only gotten one other person to help me turn this pt. Shortly after turning the pt. and laying them back down I got a sharp pain that radiated down the left side of my back to the lower part of my back and the pain continued ever since.
