EE was manning a booth at the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] in [REDACTED]

[REDACTED] was demonstrating the Trucker [REDACTED] to 2 potential customers. She folded down the handles and the bottom step from the display location and handed the ladder to a customer. When retrieving from the customer her elbow popped and immediately she had pain and discomfort. From that point on she had to be extremely careful lifting items. [REDACTED] told her coworker [REDACTED] and reported the incident to [REDACTED] Onboarding Specialists and [REDACTED] IAS Manager . [REDACTED] felt it was treatable by first aid. From that point forward the pain and discomfort has continued and is getting worse.
