At first I just felt adrenaline. I was asked to file a report but thought I was fine not thinking I needed to file a report. Since then Ive had a few side effects surface from it. Mainly chest pain shooting into my arms up my neck and into my back. I did seek medical attention when the chest pain started to occur that same [REDACTED].
