What happened
I sat down on a square rolling chair and attempted to roll to the left. The chair did not roll. As my body momentum began moving to the left the stool flipped out from underneath me. I reached out my left arm to brace my landing. I landed on my butt but the brunt of the impact was controlled by my left wrist. Since I have broken this wrist in the past I think it was best to get it checked out.
