What happened
Longshoremen [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] were handling ship lines when a forklift passed by. The forklift caught the tagline ball and pulled the tagline causing [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] to fall. The operator of the forklift [REDACTED] [REDACTED]-[REDACTED] WFC# 85503 stated that he did not notice that the tagline was caught when he drove by. The line was pulled tight sweeping [REDACTED] 's and [REDACTED] 's feet which caused the fall. Ambulance was called for both the injured longshoremen and they were taken to [REDACTED]. The incident was captured on CCTV.
