Cleaning the abrasive out of the spinner box of the truck
What happened
Employee was off loading debris from the dump truck located at the abrasive pile. After off-loading the truck the employee was clearing off debris from the spinner pan when a large frozen piece of debris fell from the back of the truck onto the spinner smashing her index and middle finger causing a major laceration to the fingers.
