Transferring patient from his wheel chair to toilet with the assistance of PT student and patient.
What happened
Midway through transfer patient was between toilet and wheelchair and stopped assisting staff with his trandfer and said he needed to sit down immediately. To prevent a fall for the patient staff member quickly assisted patient on her own to toilet which resulted in a strain of her back.
