Removing pieces of concrete into the loader bucket

Employee was working to remove several large concrete blocks and old fence post bases with concrete still on the base of the posts from the bottom of an overflow basin using a front-end loader. After positioning a large piece of debris in the bucket the employee held the top of the bucket with his left hand while another employee operating the loader curled the bucket. The employee 's finger was crushed between the bucket top and the loader frame.
