Moving a trash bin away from another trash bin.

The employee was pulling a trash bin out of a trash bin enclosure. Two bins were up against each other. He pushed one away in order to pull the other out. As he then grabbed the bin by its handle and pulled the rear of the bin got caught on the stationary bin and swung back towards the stationary bin smashing his gloved ring finger between the two bins.
