[REDACTED] was stepping down on to the platform for 3 autopour in mold to get the bars that were poured at the beginning of the shift.[REDACTED] was driving the Tram and had just tapped into line 4. [REDACTED] stated he looked behind him towards line 3 and did not see anyone he then looked back at the screen and started moving South towards line 3. Sometime during this period [REDACTED] had stepped down to retrieve the bars and was then trapped between the deck of autopour 3 and the tram he was drug South toward the pig area on Line 3 and then dropped from the deck to the floor.
