Employee reports that on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] she was assisting a resident in the shower room and as she helped transfer the resident from the wheelchair to the shower chair she felt her left wrist pop. Employee states that [REDACTED] (on the [REDACTED]-[REDACTED] shift) she reported to a nurse but does not know who the nurse was. [REDACTED] the employee reported the incident to her Unit Manager due to increased pain then the Unit Manager Supervisor then reported the injury to HR.
