Employee stated she didn t feel well illness and went home. Went to Urgent Care over the weekend and the doctor said she had an heat injury. I spoke with [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] regarding a site question. No concerns at this point. I was informed employee didnt feel good and went home. TCR shows employee worked [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] husband reached out to apparently [REDACTED] as stated below not sure the date. I called [REDACTED] today to find out what was going on and she stated that she went to Renown urgent care [REDACTED] as she was not feeling well and they said she may have had a heat injury. She said she is doing labs today or [REDACTED] and results should be out [REDACTED]. This could be personal reasons not sure.
