PATIENT WAS GIVEN THE [REDACTED] VACCINE AND THEN WITHIN MINUTES PATIENT STARTED TO HAVE WHTA APPEARED TO BE AN ANAPHYLAXIS SHOCK. [REDACTED] IN ROOM AND STARTED TO APPLY OXYGEN TO PATIENT AND TAKING VITALS WHEN DR. ORDERED AN EPI PEN. I THEN OPEN THE EMERGENCY DRUG BOX TO GET EPI PEN AND ADMINISTER TO PATIENT. I HAD THE EPI PEN UPSIDE DOWN AND WHEN I PRESS DOWN ON PATIENT RIGHT THIGH INJECTED MYSELF WITH THE EPI PEN. I THEN STARTED TO FEEL BAD AND WAS TAKEN TO THE ER.
