He stated he had slowed down to approximately 5 MPH due to road construction on [REDACTED] around the 129-mile marker in [REDACTED] with traffic in front of and behind him. He noticed another [REDACTED] was approaching the traffic from behind and didn 't seem to be slowing down. [REDACTED] cut his wheel to the right to keep him from going under the truck in front of him. The other [REDACTED] impacted several passenger vehicles and [REDACTED] pushing all of them off the roadway through a ditch and a wooded area coming to a rest against a carport of a residence. In total in was over 300 yards
