What happened
On approach of cutting the countertop employee flipped countertop over so he could cut the backsplash from the bottom of the countertop moving his saw up he was using his left hand to brace the saw when his saw went thru the backsplash his finger on his left hand slipped into the saw blade cutting his finger.
