EE was putting heads away into shelf While carrying a stack of 5 heads (2lbs x 5) the employee crouched over to put the stack into the designated bottom right hand corner part of the shelf He felt a sharp pain at first but worked through it without reporting it The pain was lingering and then the employee informed me at lunch that he had injured himself This was approximately 25 minutes after the incident occurred
