Employee was taking door slabs off the pallet to load them vertically onto the Norfield Magnum He stated that he could not find the paperwork for the second door EE attempted to slide out the second door without removing the top door When he did this the top door began to fall and that is when he dropped the second door which fell onto the top of his left foot When he took off his safety shoe and sock a visible laceration was on the top of his foot approximately 1 2 long Hydrogen Peroxide and a bandage was applied on site Medcor was called and employee was referred to be seen by a doctor Employee was evaluated and treated on assigned WC Clinic
