Before the incident
EE was discussing scanner operations with another coworker then turned to walk back to area and tripped on the flat floor cart resulting in a ground level fall The EE fell to the ground from standing level Group manager reported the fall and EHS followed up with the EE and the EEs chief complaint was soreness and some local swelling with contusions Discussed options with the EE and the EE elected to continue to work from a chair The same day the inventory moved into the audit phase after scanning and EE was sent home THe EE did not return the following day as the EE was not scheduled ([REDACTED]) as part of inventory scheduled The EE returned the following [REDACTED] [REDACTED] without complaints On [REDACTED] the EE complained of soreness and swelling EHS discussed options of calling to Medcor and shared info The EE later called Medcor and was seen the following at Urgent Care Released without restrictions and RTW full duty
