EE was seen at urgent care for a injured small finger on Right hand secondary to dropping a full water jug into the dispenser on [REDACTED] A manager witnessed the EE shake their hand and the manager asked if everything was okay the EE stated that they were fine EE continued to work normal scope and also assisted with loading on the dock Then later on [REDACTED] the EE discussed with EHS that the injured finger was not working like it should and EE thought it should be seen EE went to urgent care on [REDACTED] and placed on restrictions EE was released to full duty on [REDACTED] and returned to work on [REDACTED]
