Late report of discomfort in shoulders and elbows more so on right side EE reported they felt minor discomfort on [REDACTED] but continued working with plan to rest over weekend On [REDACTED] during morning stretching EE felt worse discomfort but again worked their shift EE then took an FMLA day for a back issue unrelated to work EE has been utilizing Hinge Health and during stretches at home continued feeling the discomfort so they went to St Lukes Care Now facility on [REDACTED] where they were then referred to an ortho which they saw on [REDACTED] They then reported the discomfort to management on [REDACTED]
