Replacing LP tank on forklift
What happened
EE was swapping liquid propane tank on forklift. While screwing the hose onto the new tank the hose began to leak propane. EE removed the hose and it continued to leak. EE placed a rag over the house connection and pressed in the check valve. This caused additional propane to evacuate the nozzle. EE lost control of the hose causing mild frost bite to face and inhalation of propane.
