On [REDACTED] 24 Driver was delivering to Total Wine and was unloading the trailer while at his stop driver reported the cases were stacked approximately 8 10 cases high and was reaching for cases While loading cases on his dolly some of them fell on top of him causing pain in his neck and shoulder Driver was able to complete his route and returned to the facility reporting the injury Driver was asked if he needed medical attention and refused however [REDACTED] he requested to go to the clinic stating he was still sore Driver was sent to the [REDACTED] for medical treatment
