Before the incident
We were in the process of installing new flooring the the showroom. Empty boxes which held the flooring were left and was attempting to clean up.
What happened
While she had the collapsed empty boxes in her arms she caught he toe on the pallet which was used to bring in the flooring. She tripped dropped the boxes and braced herself with her left arm.

She suffered a fractured big left toe and left hand wrist strain.
