Before the incident
Employee was doing a rehearsal of an opera. EE was on stage with about 50 other performers and they needed to move as a group
What happened
There was not much room on the stage the lighting was dim the stage is sloped and this was the first rehearsal in this space. EE ended up tripping on the throne prop and fell hitting his face on the ground. EE injured nose has black eye on the right eye bruise on the forehead and has pain in left side of rib cage and right arm.
