What happened
The employee was attempting to move a gondola (cart) containing product weighing approximately 450 lbs. While transporting the gondola one of the wheels became stuck causing the gondola to begin to tip over. The employee attempted to prevent this by supporting it with his leg. The weight was too great and he allowed the gondola to fall. With this action he was pulled down with the gondola twisting his knee during the fall.
