driving a Rumpke [REDACTED] pick up truck on [REDACTED] and attempting to exit the 4B exit when the right drivers side of the vehicle made contact with a exit barrier. He then lost control of the vehicle the right front tire fell off and the the vehicle slammed into the guard rail 15 feet in front of initial impact. All airbags were deployed during the crash.
