I walked in pt room 351 The pt assigned to me was a falling out of the bed The pt was a total care not aware of self and not able to talk or fallow directions Pt has a tracheal tube rectal tube peg tube The call light was out of reach and none was near so I stopped him from falling and picked up put him back to bed I woke the [REDACTED] not able to move my neck and my fingers on my right hand were numb I was not able to come back to work that night due to pain I had to call off
