I was hanging [REDACTED] decor in the laboratory break room I finished moving the table back into its place and when turning to leave that room I lost my balance and started to fall Using a box that happened to be on the floor I was able to catchyself and avoid hitting the floor When I stood up and pivoted to turn around I felt something pop in my left ankle Immediately I could not hold my weight on that leg It is still popping with the slightest move causing EXCRUCIATING pain
