Cleaning up the patient with CNA
What happened
With assist of CNA cleaning up 400+lb who does not help at all when moving. Had to push the patient over on to their side. Tried to use safe pushing and lifting techniques. While pushing the patient felt a bubbling pressure popping feeling to the right of the bellybutton followed by a sharp pain that can 't be pinpointed to the exact spot with moderated tenderness.
