The employee stopped the truck in front of a customer 's location and stepped out of the truck. In doing so the employee 's lost his footing and tripped when his foot impacted the edge of the paved roadway. The employee nearly fell; while attempting to stay upright the employee felt discomfort in his lower back and left side
