Sand blasting parts in blast booth

Employee was standing on top of a 2 foot step stand blasting a mono-boom. She turned to face the opposite directions and in doing so the step stand shifted causing her to lose her balance. She lost control of the blast hose and tried to grab the mono-boom. The mono-boom swung because it was hanging from the trolley hooks. [REDACTED] fell off the step stool landing on both feet then fell to the ground.
